Acceptance

By using the Agentic Store Score tool (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service description

The Service scans public web pages of ecommerce stores and generates agent-readiness scores. The Service does not access authenticated or private pages, does not require credentials, and does not mutate the scanned site.

Acceptable use

• Only scan stores you own or have permission to evaluate.
• Do not use the Service to overload, DDoS, or harm any website.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs beyond their intended use.
• Respect rate limits - the Service allows 5 scans per minute per IP address.

Public reports

Scan reports are publicly accessible via stable URLs. By submitting a URL for scanning, you acknowledge that the resulting report (including the domain name and score) may be visible to others. The Service does not publish personal information.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Scores are based on a single point-in-time scan of publicly accessible pages and may not reflect the full capabilities of a store. Use reports as a prioritized technical review, not as a guarantee of agent compatibility.

Limitation of liability

Paz.ai is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
